I founded and managed Atelier Phénix for 28 years. The congresses and events presented below reflect the professional experience I built while running that agency.
Today, I bring this experience to Épure Events, with the same commitment to careful preparation, the specific requirements of the healthcare sector and close working relationships with event organisers.
The agency was involved in several aspects of the congress:
- Scientific coordination: liaison with French and international speakers, including all communications required to facilitate their participation.
- Industry partnerships: liaison with sponsors identified by the organising committee, additional sponsor prospecting and meetings with potential partners at another medical congress.
- Administrative and financial management: preparation of grant invoices, processing and payment of supplier invoices.
- Coordination des prestataires : liaison with the congress centre and the various service providers involved in the event.
- On-site reception and coordination: organisation of hospitality arrangements and operational support throughout the congress.
These responsibilities demonstrate Épure Events' ability to provide comprehensive, cross-functional coordination, working closely with scientific teams, industry partners and technical service providers.
