After 28 years leading Atelier Phénix, I founded Épure Events to support the organisation of medical and scientific congresses and professional events, bringing precision, availability and particular attention to the requirements of each project.

My approach is grounded in practical experience, an in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector and a direct working relationship with event organisers.

Experience built through hands-on practice

As the founder and managing director of Atelier Phénix for 28 years, I helped organise numerous medical and scientific congresses in France and internationally. This experience now forms the foundation of my work with Épure Events.

Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise in event management, including budget planning and monitoring, working with scientific societies, coordinating suppliers, managing registrations, overseeing event logistics and fulfilling commitments made to organisers.

With Épure Events, I continue this work with a personal approach built on precision, professionalism and trust.

An in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector's specific requirements

Organising a medical congress involves much more than logistics.

Collaboration between scientific societies, healthcare professionals and industry partners takes place within a regulatory and ethical framework that requires constant attention.

My role is to listen, understand each organiser's objectives, ask the right questions and propose solutions suited to the project's resources and constraints.

I place great importance on anticipating needs, paying attention to detail and maintaining transparent communication.

Every event is different, and the support provided should reflect its individual needs.

Embracing new technologies

In 2026, I also completed training in artificial intelligence and WordPress.

I am interested in digital tools when they bring genuine value to event organisers, particularly by facilitating communication and developing new services, such as adapting video content for multilingual audiences.

These tools complement my hands-on experience. They can never replace listening, sound judgement or human relationships.
